Event & Purchase Policies

At Racks & Raquets, we thoughtfully curate experiences, retreats, lessons, leagues, and merchandise for our community. As a small business, many of our offerings require advance planning, limited capacities, and partner coordination. Please review our policies prior to purchase.

Event Registrations

All event registrations, retreats, lessons, leagues, and hosted experiences are final and non-refundable.

If you’re unable to attend, certain registrations may be transferred to another guest or future date at the discretion of Racks & Raquets. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.

Approved transfers are not guaranteed and may be subject to availability, venue restrictions, or event-specific limitations.

Schedule & Programming Changes

Racks & Raquets reserves the right to modify event schedules, instructors, venues, programming, or offerings when necessary. In the event of weather-related adjustments or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be notified promptly with updated information.

Photography & Media

By attending an R&R experience, guests acknowledge that photography and video may be captured during events for editorial, social media, marketing, and community purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in event content, please notify our team in writing prior to the event.

Merchandise Returns

We accept returns only for merchandise that arrives damaged or with obvious defects.

To initiate a return request, please contact us at info@racksandraquets.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label where applicable. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
